During the maintenance, Nexo Card transactions and card management (create, activate, freeze, unfreeze, get PIN, change PIN, view card details) will be unavailable. Please note that there is an upcoming, scheduled upgrade of the Hedera network on 08/20/2025 between 17:00 UTC and 18:00 UTC. We will temporarily pause Hedera Blockchain top-ups and withdrawals at 17:00 UTC. Transfers will resume after the upgrade is completed and the network is stable. We appreciate your patience.
