A third-party service provider is currently experiencing technical issues that are resulting in delays in the Polygon Mainnet Blockchain. We have identified an issue that affects some of our customers. We are currently unable to process USD withdrawals, and USDx top-ups may be delayed. Additionally, customers might be unable to generate personal USDx top-up details at this time.

Please note that there is an upcoming scheduled upgrade of the Polygon network on 10/07/25 between 14:00 UTC and 17:00 UTC. We will temporarily pause Polygon top-ups and withdrawals at 13:55 UTC as a precaution, due to the potential for blocks not being finalized during the Heimdall upgrade. Transfers will resume after the upgrade is completed and the network is stable.
